Move from the sandbox to production.
Overview
Production access is not automatic. EcoCash reviews your testing and your merchant record before issuing credentials.
Prerequisites
- A registered EcoCash merchant account.
- Every service and every failure case tested against the sandbox.
- A completed test script. The portal builds this for you as you test.
What to cover before you request access

What happens next
- You submit a production access request from the portal with your merchant details.
- EcoCash validates the merchant record.
- The request enters the review queue.
- On approval, your production credentials and endpoints are sent to your developer inbox.
